Restrictions and penalties

Restrictions are not only punishment. They may stop risk, protect another user or give time for review. When a violation happens, Harmixo should show a clear explanation: which rule was violated, which action was limited, how long it lasts and what should not be repeated. Severity depends on behavior, risk, repetition, age, context and whether protected users or minors are affected. Possible measures include warning, limiting a specific feature, temporary restriction, review hold, permanent restriction or escalation depending on severity.
