Explicit sexual/NSFW content must not be shown to users under 18. Users aged 16–17 must not upload nude or explicit sexual images.
Content that is private, protected or owner-only cannot be spread only because someone can view it. If there is a complaint or confirmed policy restriction, future use may be blocked.
