Harmixo publishes its rules so you know in advance what is expected from you and what you can expect from other users.
Each rule includes a short explanation and practical examples. The examples help distinguish normal communication, risky behavior and a violation. They do not contain personal cases or data about individual users.
When an action is restricted, Harmixo should show a clear reason, the relevant rule, the duration when applicable and the available next steps. When a decision may be reviewed, the user receives information on how to submit an appeal.
Some protection mechanisms are not described in technical detail when doing so would make them easier to bypass. This does not change the user's right to receive a clear, human-readable explanation of the applied rule.
