Chat and messages

Chat is for normal communication, not harassment, pressure, spam, scams or bypassing the rules. Photos uploaded from chat still go through the central Media/Gallery system. The message should not store a separate file; it should attach an allowed media item according to the rules. Sending sexual content to minors, pressuring for private/protected photos, threats, manipulation, repeated unwanted contact or attempts to move someone else's content outside the allowed context are not allowed. If chat behavior creates risk, the system may warn, limit sending, increase monitoring or send the case for review.
