Rights and protection of minors

What users aged 16–17 may do and how the system protects them.

Users aged 16 and 17 may use Harmixo, but the system treats them as protected users. They have the right to a clear explanation of the rules, the right to report a problem, the right to receive help and the right not to be pressured, manipulated or exposed to unsuitable content. Minors must not upload, view, receive, share or request nude, explicit sexual, pornographic or other NSFW material. This rule also applies to future formats such as video. Educational or sexual-health content may be treated separately only when it is clearly informational and safe. For minors, the system may limit visibility, search, contact/dating, media sharing, protected media access, repeated viewing and risky interactions. This may happen even when the same action would look normal for an adult user, because the 16–17 context is different. If a report, photo, chat or profile involves a minor, the case should receive higher safety priority. The system must not publicly expose the minor's phone, e-mail, recovery data or personal information. The right to view something does not mean the right to share it. This is especially important for photos, chats, protected media and personal information involving minors.
