When money talk in chat is not a violation

People may talk about money in chat when the topic is normal and does not harm another person. Examples include agreeing who pays a bill, discussing a ticket price, transport, restaurant, gift, work, repair, professional service, donation to a lawful cause or another real expense. This is not a violation when there is no pressure, no scam, no sexual/explicit condition, no request from or toward a minor, no threat, no repeated harassment and no attempt to bypass the module/place where money should be announced. It is not allowed to turn chat into a place for rates, paid dating, paid intimate services, selling nude/explicit content, fake emergency money requests, loan/gift pressure, financial blackmail or scam schemes. If there is a dispute, the system looks at context: who started the conversation, whether there is pressure, repetition, a promise of intimacy/content for money, whether a minor is affected, whether reports exist and whether the conversation belongs in an allowed area or abuses chat.
