Appeals and decision review

When an appeal/review may be requested.

When the system allows it, the user may request a review of a decision. An appeal does not automatically remove the restriction. The appeal should explain why the user believes the decision is wrong, incomplete or needs another review. Harmixo should keep the process controlled: who submitted the appeal, which decision it concerns, what the result is and what explanation was given. If there is a safety risk, especially involving minors or protected users, review may be stricter and take more time.
