Accounts, trust and identity

Each account should represent a real user or a clearly allowed use. Harmixo should not allow impersonation, copycat accounts, stolen photos, misleading identity, ban evasion or mass account creation to bypass rules. The system may use layered trust signals: e-mail, phone as a recovery and trust channel, account history, reports, behavior, media, device/session data and bot review. No single signal should be the only truth. Phone and e-mail are not public. They are used for protection, recovery, notifications and trust. Changes to them should be controlled and audited. If someone claims that another account is impersonating them, the report should point to the specific suspected account so the system can compare relevant evidence instead of blindly scanning all users.
